Wasn't expecting to sail this weekend as I was bitten by a mozzie when i was in france which got infected resulting in a swollen foot. but I enlarged foot straps amd went anyway today
Wind was up and down with sunny spells and squails throw in for good measure
Could of done with a 12mt sail at times and a 5 mt sail at other times the wind was so changeable.
Im still getting used to sailing with a cammed sail but Im well impress when sailing it in well over powered conditions. The sail remains stable all the way to the point that the board is right up on the fin and being blown down wind.
Ive done some very impressive gybes today just about planning with 8.5 cammed sail I was pleased to say the least.
The best bit of today was when I took my wetsuit boot off (I was wearing one normal size boot and one bigger boot) my foot was totaly normal all the swelling had gone! will beable to wear socks for the first time in 4 days tommrow
